Hi, I'm not a dermatologist, from what I see she's excellent at her job. She always has good recommendations. Also, she is one of the reasons I came back to your practice. As my healthcare did not cover your office last year. I have to drive 8 mi to get to your office, that's not around the corner LOL.

The front desk staff was good, the MA (assuming she is the MA) could benefit from treating the patients a bit better. I didn't really appreciate her asking what I was there for and then giving a bad attitude and cutting me off when I was attempting to explain.

Staff was friendly , improved a lot , they were not like that in the past .practitioner was nice and knowledgeable but very stoic and showed she was in a hurry , not welcoming.
The worst was the time the office took to transfer my Rx to the pharmacy , I had to call 4 times asking for the medication. The girls were nice but the process very unprofessional. They prescribed a medication excessively expensive with no generic substitute which I cannot afford . They see too many people , it is a cold not welcoming place .

I went to remove some moles on my face. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. I did not feel any pain. Very happy that I have her for a doctor for my skin health. Highly recommend her!
